Become a School District Leader: Earn Your 093

For Connecticut educators aspiring to advance their careers by becoming a school district leader, the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is available through UConn’s Neag School of Education. This one-year program is designed to prepare experienced educational leaders to serve as superintendents of schools and/or in other district-level leadership positions. You will earn endorsement for the Connecticut (093) Superintendent Certification.

Pursue School Leadership: Earn Your 092

The University of Connecticut Administrator Preparation Program (UCAPP) is a school leadership preparation program at UConn’s Neag School of Education. UCAPP’s mission is to prepare highly qualified school leaders to promote equity and excellence in schools through Connecticut. You will earn a sixth-year diploma in educational administration and be eligible for certification endorsement as an intermediate administrator (092) in the state of Connecticut.
